FunkeysForever is a free, non-commercial, fan-made revival of the discontinued 2008 game U.B. Funkeys. It is a preservation and hobby project run by fans, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Radica, Mattel, or any other rights holder. By playing, you agree to these terms.

1. A fan project

There is no charge to play and no commercial purpose. This project exists purely so people can enjoy and preserve a game that is no longer sold or supported.

2. Intellectual property

“U.B. Funkeys,” its characters, artwork, music, and related names belong to their respective owners. All original rights remain with them; this project claims no ownership of that intellectual property and simply preserves and re-hosts the original game. If you are a rights holder with a concern, please contact support@funkeysforever.com and we will respond promptly.

3. Your account & data

Accounts are free. Because this is a volunteer-run revival, accounts, progress, and items may be reset, changed, or removed, and the game may be taken offline, at any time and without notice — for example during maintenance, a data wipe, or to deal with abuse. Please don’t treat anything here as permanent.

4. Fair play

Be kind and play fair. Don’t cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized tools, harass other players, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the game or its servers. Accounts may be suspended or removed for abuse at the operators’ discretion.

5. No warranty

The game is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranties of any kind. You use it at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the game.

6. Changes

These terms are a draft and may change as the project matures. Continuing to play means you accept the current version.
